Bio:Tanya Mendonsa was educated at Loreto House and College in Calcutta, India. After spending 20 years in Paris, studying French literature at the Sorbonne, painting and running a language school, she returned to India, a story told in her memoir "The Book of Joshua – The True Story of a Dog Who Loved The World" (Harper Collins 2012). Her first collection of poetry, "The Dreaming House" (2009) and her second collection "All The Answer I Shall Ever Get" (2011) were both published by Harper Collins. A single long poem, "The Fisher of Perch – A Fable for Our Times" (2017) and her second memoir, "A Bite In Time – Cooking with Memories" (2022) were published by Paper Project.
